In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order, by Clicking on Cancel the Order button or sending us a WhatsApp message immediately on placing a Order.
But please note that the Order cannot be cancelled once the Delivery Partner has reached the Pick Up location
Initiation of the Order is defined by the time the Delivery Partner has reached the pickup point. It is difficult to refund if the cancellation request reaches the customer support, after the Courier Boy has reached the pickup point.
